Superwinch X9 € 1000.00 + VAT The X9 is a winch that has always been in the off road world. It is a 9000 lbs single stage planetary unit with a 2 hp motor. Not as fast as last generation winches but tested and proved to be very reliable.

All conventional planetary winches have the brake inside the drum and this will cause the drum to heat while winching out. It's possible in this case to melt the synthetic line due the heat build up. The EP9.0 is 100% compatible with synthetic lines. Because of a new position the brake is not contained inside the drum rather it is outside, opposite the winch's motor.

Performance. The EP9.0 puts out 4.6 hp. This enough for fast recoveries. Compared with other 9000 and 9500lbs winches the EP9.0 will draw less ampere from the batteries thus giving them better life and, at the same amperes, better pulling capacity. |

EP9.0 comes with heavy duty Albright solenoid, this unit is stronger and more resistant to water than standard solenoids. The solenoid box can be also moved in the engine bay or in the battery box for better protection against the elements if needed.

The most complete accessories line all included with the winch. EP9.0 comes standard with power cable, 100 ft of 5/16 wire rope, hook with safety clasp, roller fairlead, finger protector strap and a pulley block!
